If so, there's a new learning activity just for you: Digital Wine Map Exercises by SWE! This digital product includes over 800 graphic wine map flashcards along with more than 20 'drag-and-drop' exercises—all based on the wine maps published in the Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) Study Guide.

In some cases, we have included political maps of certain areas to assist with basic geography (such as the states of Australia, and the autonomous communities of Spain). Enrollment in this activity costs $19 and lasts for one year of unlimited use.

The Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) Exam is a rigorous exam, which tests a candidate's wine knowledge and mastery of key elements within the worlds of viticulture and wine production.

CERTIFIED SPECIALIST OF SPIRITS (CSS)

The Certified Specialist of Spirits (CSS) Exam tests a candidate's spirits knowledge and comprehension of key elements within the world of distillation and spirits production.

CERTIFIED WINE EDUCATOR (CWE)

The Certified Wine Educator (CWE) Exam is a unique certification that not only tests a candidate's wine knowledge, but also validates his or her tasting acumen and teaching ability.

CERTIFIED SPIRITS EDUCATOR (CSE)

The Certified Spirits Educator (CSE) Exam is a unique certification that tests a candidate's knowledge of Spirits, as well as his or her tasting acumen and teaching ability.

Studying for the Certified Wine Educator just got easier! The CWE Study Site—a study resource for CWE candidates.

New and improved! We have recently added several new features to our CWE Study Site! We've added a suite of advanced wine quizzes based on the CSW Study Guide (but positioned to be much tougher than a typical CSW question) and a series of 'Match Game' quizzes focusing on rivers, mountains, towns, valleys, and grapes.

The CWE Study Site is useful for anyone preparing for the theory portion of an advanced wine certification, and specially provides a detailed study program for the theory portion of the CWE Exam—all based on the texts and other resources included in the Recommended Reading List for the exam. Suggested study schedules, critical thinking questions, and suggested essay drills are included—along with a plethora of quizzes based on the suggested study modules.

Use of the site is available for $19.00, which entitles the user to unlimited use for 2 years.
